Italian side Juventus are ready to use French striker Randal Kolo Muani during their expected run in the 2025 Club World Cup.
Muani’s loan deal from Paris Saint-Germain to Juventus ends on June 30, but the Club World Cup runs in the United States from June 14 to July 13.
Over the past few days, Juventus have spoken with Paris Saint-Germain to stretch Muani’s loan until the World Cup ends. According to the English website “Football Italia,“ which quoted the Italian paper “La Gazzetta dello Sport,” the two clubs have now agreed.
La Gazzetta dello Sport also believes Juventus will talk to Paris Saint-Germain again later this year to push Muani’s loan for one more season.
Muani moved to Juventus during the last January transfer window. He came from Paris Saint-Germain on a loan deal that lasts until June 30. According to Transfermarkt, the French forward played 19 matches for the Bianconeri and helped with 10 goals (8 goals and 2 assists).
The Club World Cup 2025 draw put Juventus in Group G. Their group has man city from England, Wydad Casablanca from Morocco, and Al Ain from the UAE.
Juventus will start their Club World Cup journey against Al Ain on June 18. Then they will meet Wydad Casablanca on June 22 in the second group match. Their last match in the group stage comes against man city on June 26.
The rules of the 2025 Club World Cup say that the top two teams from each group will go through to the knockout stages. These stages include the round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals, and then the final.
