Sky Germany revealed that Frankfurt is asking for €80 million to release Omar Marmoush, while Manchester City’s offer ranges between €70 million in a fixed fee and an additional €5–10 million in bonuses. This proposal is expected to satisfy Frankfurt’s demands.
Manchester City’s sporting director, Txiki Begiristain, is working diligently to finalize the deal within 48 hours, given the team’s urgent need to strengthen its squad during this transfer window.
Plettenberg also noted that Marmoush is unlikely to feature in Frankfurt’s upcoming match against Borussia Dortmund on Friday, as both sides focus on completing his move to Manchester City.
