The English club Manchester City spent 218 million euros to strengthen its squad with new players during the 2025 winter transfer market. Omar Marmoush became the most expensive player City signed this winter, as the Egyptian striker moved from Eintracht Frankfurt, Germany, to the “Al-Ittihad” fortress for 75 million euros, plus additional fees.
Manchester City ranked first in the list of clubs that spent the most this winter transfer, with Saudi club Al-Nassr coming in second after spending 77 million euros to bring in young Colombian striker John Duran from Aston Villa.
